At Traditional Medicinals, we stand behind the quality of our herbal products and want you to be fully satisfied with your wellness journey. If you are unhappy with your order for any reason, we offer a 30-day return window for items purchased directly through our online store.

Return Process

  Reach out to our customer wellness team via email or phone with your order number to initiate a return request for any unopened or defective tea products.

  Receive Authorization

  Once your request is reviewed, our team will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions for shipping the items back to our facility.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely package the items in their original boxes to ensure they arrive safely and include your RMA number inside the package before mailing it to the provided address.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  After we receive and inspect your returned items, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days, excluding shipping costs.
